MiT4™

MiT4™
TLR4 in an aqueous buffer

The TLR4 agonist is mixed with a surfactant in solvent and then hydrated in a buffer producing stably suspended micelles. These can be used directly as a “pure” TLR4 agonist with little agonism of other cellular pathways. Adjuvants like this work well given intradermally.

Sold in a vial of 0.5 mL.
