AlT3™ is a TLR3 agonist adsorbed onto the surface of alhydrogel. The combination of TLR3 agonist and alhydrogel synergizes in producing a balanced immune response with a T<sub>H</sub>1 bias. Each 0.5 mL vial contains 125 µg TLR agonist and 1 mg alum.
